Iol I don't know why people hate hentai. I would probably have to say its the issue with it being porn and although it is; it is also so much more. Unfortunately most cannot see past the omg they are having sex issue. If they could they would realize it is a unique form of art that arouses the senses and amazes the mind. Don't get me wrong its a turn on but seriously whats wrong with that. I can watch regular anime and find something sexy about it; so this is just an elaboration on that.

I believe the main reason people hate hentai is becuase they find it hard to relate to the people in it. They think it's just a cartoon how can I relate to/ get off to a cartoon? That or perhaps they are so used to seeing the real thing. I actually know someone who told me he hated it because he said it's like none of it was real. . . I couldn't help but laugh and say and, you think regular porn is? all of it is make believe to a point. He just stated back at least they are real people which I can understand completely, but I still prefer my hentai.

yes, there are some weird Hs but thats kinda the joy of it :-)
you don't get real tentacle monsters, and the whole idea behind porn is to arouse the interests of many.

I don't know bout you, but La Blue Girl Returns is one of my favs ;-)

but for the most part, the "outsiders" need to understand that there's a difference in cartoon and anime just in general. japanese anime is like the north american live action: aimed at all age groups.
